CUSTOMER SERVICE:  The staff at lucumi.net strives to provide you the customer we the upmost respect and timely resolution to your questions or needs. Please allow ample time for your merchandise to be selected packed and shipped. We will process orders within Five working days (Monday – Friday) if your order has cleared through the credit card company you use or monies have been recieved. Some credit card companies have their own scheduled days for processing any purchases made on your card. We at Lucumi.com are not responsible for any delays contributed to the processing of your credit card for clearance. In the case of a credit card processing delay please contact your bank and, credit card company.

ORDERS PAID VIA WESTERN UNION OR MONEY ORDERS: Refund for orders paid via western union or USPS money orders will be done so by company check. There will be a restock fee as indicated below for any returned merchandise. 

NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE. Our company only accepts credits cards, debit cards, Western Union, our USPS money orders for online or telephone orders. Please, excuse any inconvinience this may cause you.

TELEPHONE ORDERS: Orders placed over the phone and processed with a credit or debit card are required to be shipped to the address of the credit card holder per credit card company policy with American Express Cards.

SHIPPING FEES:  Shipping fees are calculated by weight of each package as required by the carriers (UPS, Fed-EX, or USPS mail). A handling and Processing fee is added per order to cover the packing materials and labor. For COD orders the courrier not Lucumi.com has a set fee per package that is added.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Please allow ample time for your special order items to arrive. These are hand made or fabricated items that are not kept in stock so that you the customer can receive the best quality item to meet your specifications. Many special order items may take from 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.  And others up to 2 weeks depending on the specifications of you the customer.  We will bead any item or send to custom sew  what you request as long as you have clear understanding of the time it takes for these items to be manually made. These items are not returnable or refundable as they were specifically made for you.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:  You must submit a claim and return damaged merchandise within 1 week of receiving. UPS doen not allow but one week for claims to be filed. Once you have completed the claim process, our customer service staff will process it and replace that item.  If merchandise is damaged by the customer no exchange will be allowed or refund of money.   

RETURNED MERCHANDISE:  If an item is returned a restock fee of $7.99 will be charged per item. Once item is received and restocked you will be able to choose the merchandise you want to replace it with.  No refunds will be made for merchandise returned that is not damaged. A store credit will be given to iqual out to the items value minus the restock fee.

LAYAWAYS OR HOLDS: Lucumi.net does not do layaways or holds of any type for any reason. All merchandise is paid at time of order and prior to delivery.
